Full Refund & Return Policy
Items must be postmarked or received in our Returns Center within 30-days of original receipt, in its original unworn and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags, to be eligible for refund. It is at our discretion to decide if a returned order is eligible for a refund.
The receipt date refers to the date which your order was delivered by USPS, according to the tracking information provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.
You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
